Just moved into a brand new Townhome complex with 55 units in East Van by Champlain area. About half are 3 bedroom and the other half being 1 bed room units. I've seen and or met almost every owner so far and there is only 1 mainlander who to no surprise of mine owns 2 units (a 3 bed and 1 bed) which are on top of each other. Other than that the rest are made up of about 70% CBCs with the remaining 30% made up a variety of races.
