Obviously you do not share the same sentiments as a majority of the Britons. She is the single most beloved subject throughout the country. All you need to see is how her 90th birthday was celebrated across the UK to have an idea of her popularity among Britain.
Certainly there are those who doesn't care for the Queen, including some who continue to try and make a case to abolish the monarchy. But those are the few and far between.
So you don't like being told how to act. I'd encourage you to try doing that in the court. The results are quite "interesting".
