id say its a bit different as there are many differences between a type r and a gsr beyond the motor like chassis upgrades etc. if someone swapped an integra gs with a b18c i would have any issue with them calling it a gsr.
in this case the car is functionally and visually identical to an e36 m3, its more than an engine swap its suspension and body panels. its a clone its priced very reasonably, i dont really see the problem
