^^ Depends I seen a lot restaurants on Groupon year after year and is fine and they are still in business.
I use Groupons for food mostly (like the fatburger deals that's pretty good). Otherwise I haven't touch groupon at all. Or concerts/event tickets coz you can get like 50% off.
I wouldn't try groupon with service base compnay (IE yoga, gym, massage) coz the company knows if you use a groupon or not and they tend not to treat you the same as someone who pays regular price.
To be honest Joe 46 a lot of places like gyms, yoga, dancing studios they usually have their own promo for new customers like first month is cheaper/hugh discount and I would suggest use those instead of groupon. The reason being is when you use a groupon, group gets a cut of your business vs if you use the gym deals they don't pay a cut to groupon.
off topic but honestly I think is actually better for you just to maybe go to a community center get a monthly/year pass and just go there and work out. I mean MMA gym/kick boxing isn't for everyone and maybe you guys don't have the muscle power to do some of the moves so is better just to work on the basics first. Beside community center tends to be cheap and no one there gives you shit (unless you don't clean up after yourself).
