Budget wise I’m looking to spend under 1000 for the suit and shirt which is why indochino is tempting. Bespoke normally costs north 1000? I’ll visit some tailors and see if I could get an estimate on how much it would cost since most of them don’t post prices on their websites. If it’s too much I’ll most likely go indochino. Thanks again.
You'll have to be careful using words like bespoke. The moment you say bespoke, you're fully customizing the suit and that can cost easily $2000+ (and that's a conservative number.) What you are looking for is made-to-measure (MTM.)

If you are set on your $1000 budget for the two-piece suit and a shirt, then you will have to go with Indochino. Just remember that the suit should naturally fit you, and the tailor can never "make it fit." Different brands will have a different fit. Not one will be the same. I stand by these principles. Good luck.
