Yeah like my other realtor friend said if there 120 people showing interest in your place you might only get 1 offer. I have to take everything with a grain of salt which does suck. So seeing we only had 6 people and 1 was in our complex viewing our place is not the best but its better then nothing. The waiting game sucks but it only has been a few days so. For people who have listed how long did you guys wait till you had to do a price reduction?
