Literally, ground my second gear another time yesterday.
Happened thrice this year already. Can't remember myself doing anything wrong, and the only other time I ground a gear was in 6th once and I remember not pressing in the clutch all the way. Doh.
Is my gearbox slowly becoming the new Civic Type R box? Just changed the fluid last year as well. Guess all the 9k RPM redline isn't great for it...
