i mean it's hardly surprising...just look at it geographically...a sliver of a penisula with a major artery north-south AND east-west...the adjacent crossings west is knight st and massey tunnel...nuff said
non-peak hour it's mostly non-issue, but ppl will still drive under speed limit in the left lane
