We bought new and can't wait to move in. New appliances, new floors, new cabinets, new fixtures, and most likely some new furniture, we are incredibly excited.
Yes buying new isn't perfect and comes with risks but we are ok with that.
The one reason why I might tell someone NOT to buy new is having to pay GST. It's the worst.
