Do you prefer a free yet less functional society?
Or one that's controlled yet effective?

I do wonder how he feels now that xi has removed term limits and implemented a surveillance state penalizing citizens for such things as spending too much time playing video games, buying alcoholic products, or even associating with others who don't function in their "socially acceptable" manner.
I honestly wonder if he thinks it's excessive.
