-She can't seem to remember where or when (not even the year) that this alleged assault took place. Or anyone else,besides the alleged attackers, who were there.
-Her lawyer is admittedly part of "the resistance" against trump.
-Feinstein knew about these allegations for three months and chooses now, during the confirmation hearing, to bring it to attention. It would sure seem like it's an attempt to stall the hearing.
