Michelin rated ramen, it is a wait and not exactly central Tokyo but I swear it is worth it. Typically you want to go before they open and grab a ticket with a time slot. Price is like any other ramen joint.
A more accessible ramen joint I would suggest is AFURI, they have a number of locations, shinjuku and the harujuku locations being the most ideal. They specialize in yuzu flavored broth.

Been there. TBH though, they are good, but with all the great ramen you can find throughout Japan, it's hard to justify to make the trip just to be there. If you are nearby anyway, it might make sense to go. But otherwise, it's like getting a 9/10 ramen normally vs. a 9.5/10 ramen.
