This was exactly the pricing strategy me and my realtor used when we sold our unit. Esp in the current environment, I think it is much smarter to do this than to try and set a higher price, only to draw in lowball offers or no offers at all.
Congrats on the sale, and where is the new place gonna be? Also, how are you gonna manage your gigantic car fleet now that you won't have multiple spots in the parkade anymore?
