Buddy has an appointment to go to the station and figure out what exactly they want him to do. Porsche has absolutely no plan on becoming a designated inspection facility.

Isn't this a conflict of interest? What if a police officer started issuing VI's to cars and ordering that they go to his "friends shop", or somewhere where he/she has a deal with them?
System seems kind of flawed?
