Hope Miata got those collector plates and congrats in advance. Sorry just to side track on the Miata: I know some Miata's (aka the special/limited editions) were produced less than 1,500 / year. Does that mean those specific limited edition models qualify under the limited production vehicle status (i.e. the < 1,500/year) for collector plates?
For example, it appears the 1993 Miata Limited Edition was a collector vehicle per below:
