So today I adjusted the fuel pressure, idle, and sync'd the carbs...as well as a tire off general nut and bolt check.
A few hours later, I had to re-adjust the alternator tension which had come loose, repair the wires that tore out, repair the coolant overflow hose which was damaged, remove the windshield washer reservoir, hose and mangled wiring (came off in a rough section), and then with the time left confirm no damage to the rear end after a big hit, and a front to back nut and bolt check.
...but I suppose it was all worth it. Warwick put the Escort on the 3rd spot of the 2wd podium. :P
