Update 3:

I'll be trying to compile all 37 pages into a short cliff-notes.

For the new people here, please note that this is no longer about Dukkake. While we are still waiting for his side of the story, the ship has long sailed.

MJ_39 provides a pretty good summary of what we are looking at.

We are currently looking for stock (or close to) cars or factory performance vehicles that have received a Vehicle Inspection. If this is you, please PM me here or write your story here. Alternatively, you can reach me on IG at @vi.vncvr where I will be collecting data from those who don't want to make an RS account.

The officers may list things that are not true such as "non-oem wheels" as a offense against the MVA. For example, Enkei wheels can be non-OEM but they are JWL, VIA, or DOT certified, which is exactly what the CVSE handbook asks for (Plus Enkei actually makes plenty of wheels for Honda). Not only does non-oem wheels mean absolutely nothing, making non-oem wheels illegal results in shutting down an entire industry.
