About $590K for 780 (A Plan) to start
Realistically units are $650K for 800ft + parking. Not bad for new Polygon highrise with design and etc. Comparable in area are that if not higher so this is a first reasonable deal for presales in area from a major developer (obviously sensing some hesitation and slowdown in RE sector)
