The collector vehicles have a special reduced rate for a rate class and their regular pleasure use rate.
If the person has a daily use vehicle that meets a certain rate class, then the collector vehicle can have the cheaper rate or else they fall into the pleasure rate.
What ICBC.com doesn’t tell you is that with collector plates regardless of which use, they cannot be used for to/from work or school or business.
