That is the same kind of thinking as spark plugs are good until you get a cel. Sure, they are working but they aren't optimal. Seeing as diffs and transfer cases are around $7-8k each to replace with labour some preventative maintenance goes a long way. Still amazed people in the euro community rarely if ever do these services. I typically see people never replace the fluid, instead they are replacing their diffs and transfer cases at the same time as their fluid
