Service has been as strong as ever for us, numbers wise. The only problem is our shuttle driver who is a grumpy ex-CBSA retiree, and the appointment coordinator who's checked out. We all lose CS points on shit shuttle service, and each of us loses money if we have to book appointments instead of taking in customers.
I booked over 25 appointments yesterday between answering nearly 50 phone calls, and only managed to get 8 of 60 appointments between 4 advisors. I lost chances to make some money and our GM is going to see my numbers tank because I have to do the job of someone who doesn't give a fuck.
The advisors don't want to burn, but when there's people pouring gasoline on the fires, there's nothing we can do.
