My realtor came with the purchase of the unit LOL. Went into a presale with my parents, locked in on an unit. Few days later preseller contacts my dad and says "blahblah wanna sign with my realtor friend? He'll give you $1000 back." So yeah.....
He was mighty useless though hahah. I figured out most of my problems with the assistance from my mortgage broker and lawyer.
Anyways, most of the functional problems I had are fixed and waiting for some parts to come in to replace the visual things
