Well having your bumper hit someone in the side window instead of the door actually is unsafe, or having giant bash bars, or 9 degrees of camber in some shitty Nissan sedan so yeah, some mods are unsafe.
People need to use some common sense as well if they want it to go away. Again, those of us with modifications that fit within the MVA guidelines shouldn’t be in the same categories that don’t.
On top of the issue that many MVA guidelines are unclear or arbitrary.
