People need to use some common sense as well if they want it to go away. Again, those of us with modifications that fit within the MVA guidelines shouldn’t be in the same categories that don’t.
On top of the issue that many MVA guidelines are unclear or arbitrary.
A pickup truck hitting a car like yours on the drivers side at 60 kph will most likely still seriously injure or kill you regardless if it has a lift kit or not.

If you truly cared about your own safety, you wouldn’t be driving a car like an E36 M3 that literally crumples like peanut brittle in a side impact crash situation

That’s the whole reason that people buy SUVs and trucks. Because of the same concerns that you have.

I don’t believe others should have to be restricted in their modifications, just because you feel unsafe in your 25 year old car.
