Is there any evidence to support that jacked up trucks aren't getting VI's in Vancouver? I'd be shocked to hear that through all this shit recently a truck like the one in the accident posted above wouldn't get a VI right now. If Jeep's are getting nailed a truck rolling on 35s with no mudflaps isn't getting a pass.
