That YJ has tons of tire poke, a stubby bumper, heavy suspension mods, and definitely over 10cm of lift. It's also 24 years old and who knows how crusty underneath.

Did you actually look at any of those ads or just search "VI" and then post every link you found? Most of those have nothing to do with any of this.

A lot of the illegally modified JK's get VI'd as well, but they seem to whine about it a lot more (to the point where I left a bunch of the groups). Most of them had multiple very obviously illegal mods though (tire poke/light bar/stubby bumper/etc).
