I'd have to speak to the owner of the company who is in Kelowna which I do fairly regular but I really hate throwing my manager under the bus as he's generally good to me. He has a really passive management style, he gets along with everyone but I feel he gets ran over a lot.
I'm between a rock and a hard place because if I say something to the owner I'd really be fucking my manager over. Maybe I say something to him one more time and see if he does anything? I guarantee if I said I was thinking of leaving because of it he'd do something but I don't really want to play that card just yet.
