I have done this before, thing is work load doesn't necessarily equal jobs. I mean in the long run it does because the laws of averages but I work on all the major projects we go after he looks at smaller projects which is why I account for so much more of our work load.

There isn't a lot of estimators out there in our trade, I'm getting head hunted and contacted from our competitors fairly often. I know when we tried to hire someone to help me it took us 6 months to find this guy.
