$120 commission doesn't seem that unreasonable - takes about 10-15 mins to process and there's probably 10-15 mins afterwards of admin work after. My insurance agent does reminder calls as well and I know there are ones that will come to you to process.

Taking more of it online though makes tonnes of sense but I would think that some people should get in person advice on what they should buy lest we have people being underinsured.
