When you're suppose to be in a "team" environment it is annoying at least to me that others don't pull their weight especially in a position where our bonuses are branch based and not based on individual production. In other words the less good work he picks up the less my bonuses are.

Have you tried explaining to him that the more work he puts in, the more everyone's bonus will be?
It's quite possible he wasn't explained that and is doing the bare minimum.
I guess it also doesn't help that the manager is the way they are and this guy knows it and is trying to see how much he can get away with.
Time to think about yourself and take a peek at what these other companies can offer.
