Specifically, the items cited are:

From the pictures, I can't say the owner is "innocent" on the rear wheels part. It is really sticking a bit beyond the fender even with the fender flares, even though that isn't the charge he is slapped with. I am still sorry the guy got tagged for it though.
The roll cage bit really surprised me though, and I need to go through the MVA again to see what kind of rules there may or may not be to regulate them. Is anyone familiar with roll bar/cage rulle at all? |
