I got my latest renewal, I thought they said prices wern't going up until April?

This year $2,298.00
Went up about 9% for me, insurance due Jan 24th.
I got a quote from BCAA on optional insurance

I haven't had any accidents in 20 years and no tickets for 10, I guess I'll be sticking with ICBC for now.
