Just read the JAL guidelines, your right if it doesn't exceed 160wh. I have the anker powercore2 which has a maximum output of 9v and 20000mah which exceeds that, so regardless i couldn't bring it. Next time for sure I'll bring a 20000mah with a 5v max output then i wouldn't have any issues bringing it over. Thanks!
