I'm waiting till the spring to list, prices are on the way down without a doubt. The stuff I've been looking at has been sitting and reducing and sitting and reducing more. The one positive thing out of all of this is it makes it easier for me to swallow paying such a large commission to my realtor, he may actually have to work for his money.
