1:10 is the full size RC size, don't think there are many models in this scale but Tamiya makes all it's full-size RC in this scale. I personally think 1:8 is far too big, it would take up your entire coffee table. 1:12 is already quite large.

Thanks! Yes I had a few Tamiya 1:10 RC cars back in the day! Tamiya TA-03 Pro was the one I had the longest. Had a couple of those and ended up selling to a guy in California who really wanted them for drifting. I got a surprisingly decent amount of money for them given I'd owned them for 10 years.
I hadn't considered 1:12. My dream is a large scale Lotus 49 F1 car.
