Basically if you don't want to read:
1.) Can't widen your exhaust, or have an exhaust that increases volume which can be SUBJECTIVELY ticketed as judicial precedent's has proven that officers can ticket using their ears OR decibel devices.

I don't think this is correct. There is a difference between a more freely flowing exhaust and a noise maker.
I believe this is what's not legal.
