So who's got it worse, or is it a crapshoot? SoCal exhaust crackdowns organized by a state police agency in a state known for pollution problems? Or Vancouver isolated to a small group of officers headed by someone with an alleged vendetta, applying a vehicle safety law in an arbitrary manner that seems to be specifically targeted?

I also saw the VI issued with the OP having cargo and the rear looking lower. Did I not mention that very early in the thread?
