I bought my Focus ST brand new off the lot with the front windows tinted, got a box 2 the following day.
Dealerships have been doing it for ages. Look at all the jacked up 1500's and diesels. I test drove a F350 with a 6-8" lift and 37's.
This entire VI business is a fucking scam. I'm gonna start collecting VINs if I ever move back to BC.
