Yes, in the US, E55 wagons are worth $40k+ usd for lower miles, but they are rare North American models only sold in the US. The wagons from Europe/Japan are more common and are not going to be worth as much as people think when they are brought to Canada.

I don't think the station wagon is that popular here, and its not because its a rare car. Both Cadillac and Benz sell the station wagon in their line up but not many people buy.
