Or we can setup an experiment with 2 vehicles. One that is completely stock with a broken windshield, terrible brakes and bald tires; and one slightly modified vehicle with legal modifications within the MVA (lowered an inch, wheels, mild exhaust).
We'll have both vehicles drive down the main roads together; Kingsway, Victoria, Boundary, etc.. and see which car would get pulled over first.
