Good intentions. The bigger picture, if you had dealership pay for VI is that it will get dealerships involved in this whole VI situation. If theyre selling a bunch of "non-road legal" vehicles and everyone is asking for a refund on purchase of car or payment for VI, this will inevitably affect their business as it drives up their costs in sourcing OEM parts and paying for VI. This may result in dealerships complaining in regards to Cain, if you inform them of the situation of course, or the loopholes in the law. But again, this requires everyone to do this in order to have an actual impact on the dealerships since one VI fee reimbursement will be seen as a one the fee.
Also, i doubt Mike would get affected since at the end of the day he is a sales. Having would of mouth from a dealership could affect the situation greatly.
