I don't doubt that. And I absolutely empathize for those people. But when you're pulled over and facing a ticket/VI, you have the option to either guarantee you're going to receive either of these by acting disrespectfully, or you can try to increase the likelihood of receiving a warning by being as respectful as you can.
It's a shitty situation all around, and there are no winners.
