Watch Cho’s video. There is no chance to argue he was anything other than calm and respectful. Still resulted in a VI and ticket for what I believe was non OEM exhaust (probably quieter than the aforementioned above) and visible camber.
You are right, better off being respectful and increasing your odds, but it’s pretty difficult, especially when they come at you in a combative manor and refuse to answer any of your questions, speak over you and just generally treat you like a criminal.
