You don't find it weird this GT3RS isn't saying what the warning is for or what the plan is? When you're given a warning you take corrective action so that you won't be targeted again correct?
So... is he going to go get the bypass removed? What was actually said? Warnings usually involve a violation ticket written with the offense and then WARNING written across it or a verbal statement of what is needed to comply. DOes Cain see him again and say "Hey I told you to make your exhaust quieter, now I'm sending you for an inspection" or do they just bro-fist and nod?
Something about this whole thing doesn't sit right. Besides that, suddenly in MONTHS of this going on Cain is reasonable to talk to and doesn't follow through on something? I don't think so. We've all seen multiple videos showing his illogical spewing of facts, power tripping and intimidation tactics and condescending demeanor.
