Seriously I have 0 sympathies for Karen Wang.

She clearly had very little understanding on how democracy works. How low does one have to be to be playing the ethnicity card? And to be asking to be back in immediately after you resigned?! I know everyone deserves a second chance, but SHOW that you are worth it before asking.

Democracy is about people electing candidates to represent them. You want people vote? Tell us WHY you deserve my vote? Like I give a single fuck whether you are Chinese, Indian, Sikh, Black or whatever color/race/ethnicity. All I care is about whether your ideology is in line with mine.

If she's serious, she should take some time off, do a lot of volunteering in the community, get to know your constituents and your community by talking and engaging with them.

And seriously... do some work. I was shocked I couldn't even find her Wiki page. How are your voters suppose to know you if you don't even show up on Google search? (well, now she does... all news about how she had to resign and crying back like a 5yrs old). Make it happen and show your expertise, experience, and ideas for your community and let them know. I did some googling for it and gave up after page 4.
