I've been reflecting daily on my family issues for a long long time. This break out you refer to, that you lost your shit? Well I was on suicide watch at 16. So no, you're wrong. This is just another step of having open communication with my family - not the first step.

This specific scenario is just my final realization that my mom is my best friend LOL. This specific scenario allowed me to realize that the dialogue I've been telling my whole life was wrong.
