and just ignore their different training, tasks assigned, roles, and expertise?
if you were on a waitlist with an opthalmologist for a surgery, do you hit up the neighbourhood optometrist and demand a treatment the next day because a 'doctor is a doctor'? health care is your tax dollars too, right? so they should run exactly the way you expect of them? to better benefit society?

all of the photos besides the GranTurismo and FR-S are visibly not at stock height, I'm not saying that automatically rules them as not legal, but that's how they're able to hit you with a VI

should there be recourse/an actual mechanism for an appeal/dispute? absolutely
is VI outdated? could just be
but looking at it objectively, are those VI's not valid? we have learned it doesn't have to conform to the MVA, as long as there's reason to suspect it's not fit for the road, it can be pulled.
