The whole bet was based on welfare saying the dems don't have a leg to stand on and will cave. trumps is the one who caved and got zero dollars for the wall so I won.
trump is a terrible negotiator. You always go into a negotiation with multiple outs. trump had only one out so the dems had him by the balls. No wonder he has had so many companies go bankrupt.
