Saw that one sometime last week as well with someone pulled over. They even had a second marked police car there too. I thought it was the VPD stopping someone for something more serious cause they were in Burnaby, and had vehicles making the stop.
Guess he just roams that area. At first, I thought it was Cain expanding his area and then realized the F150 was not the unmarked one.
