Get your stories straight

Get some real evidence (thinking there are more than the FRS passing is not evidence) an inspection report is

Don't get caught making up BS or exaggerating (if you say he kicked your bumper etc, show the video. Not that we don't believe you, but you can't prove that in a formal complaint)

Hearsay are not facts (kicked my bumper, my friend said, this car probably... etc)

Random stats will not help you (There MUST be more than 1 car! My Ouija board says so!)

Telling the VPD they should be doing something else will not help you

Then proceed however you wish if this has not blown over already.
